Position Description The primary focus of this role is analysis and task management across all technical areas related to building systems performance and commissioning. As Green Building Commissioning Agent, you will:  Provide consulting advisory to building owners and project teams with respect to building systems engineering and performance including energy efficiency, Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing, Measurement and Verification and building systems commissioning review, planning and functional testing  Provide technical support to project teams for building systems related issues  Help standardize best practice with respect to key technical deliverables related to building systems commissioning  Develop commissioning, MEP, M&V and functional testing plans in support of project team efforts using Paladino and Company"s standard best practice methods  Participate in project pursuit process and client sales engagement related to commissioning efforts  Collaborate with project teams to identify and create new service offerings The successful candidate shall demonstrate strong building systems and green building expertise gained through directly relevant project experience and education, and the ability to work with diverse groups and interests. 40% travel is expected.
